a place for "kwilty" friends to meet!
Started in 1988, the Hoffman Challenge has grown to be a premiere traveling quilt, clothing, accessory, and doll collection. Currently, twelve collections travel coast-to-coast within the USA and to several Canadian locations. Each year a challenge fabric is selected and each entrant must use a recognizable amount of that fabric along with any others they choose, following the entry guidelines. Finished quilts, clothing, and dolls are mailed in, and the selected finalists will travel to many different destinations for display, in a year's timeframe. www.hoffmanchallenge.com
I am blessed to say that all of my entries so far have been selected to travel with the challenge.
As of the 2013 Hoffman Challenge I have "retired" from competing with them.
I have loved doing the challenges each year, but my heart is calling me to do other things.
